The reality is, EVERTHING will take longer than expected, so making sure your schedule has some breaks or cushions built in will offset the “time losses”, which will allow some breathing room and reduce stress. 2) PEOPLE THE DREAM-“Our guests will know what to do at the times we want them to.” THE REALITY-Your guests will do one of two things…what they are accustomed to OR whatever everybody else is doing.
